AN ORDER to repeal Comm 20.07 (28v) and (63m) and 61.115; to renumber Comm 20.09 (4) (b) and (c); to amend Comm 20.02 (2) (a) and 61.04 (6); to repeal and recreate Comm 20.07 (65r), 20.09 (4) (a) 1., 20.10 (1) (c) 2., and 21.125; and to create Comm 2.36, 20.02 (2) (e), 20.07 (19r), (46m) and (67m), 20.08 (1) Note, 20.09 (4) (b), chapter Comm 60 and 61.03 (4) (b) 6., relating to erosion control, sediment control and storm water management for one- and 2-family dwellings and commercial buildings, and affecting small businesses.
