AN ORDER to repeal DFI-Sec 4.01 (4) (g), 5.05 (8) (i), and 8.03 (note); to amend DFI-Sec 1.02 (14) (intro.) and (c), 2.02 (5) (d) 1. and (9) (c), 2.028 (intro.), 5.04 (6) (b), 7.01 (3) (a), and 32.07 (1); to repeal and recreate DFI-Sec 1.02 (7), 5.01 (4) (a), 5.10, and 5.13 (2); and to create DFI-Sec 1.02 (8), 4.04 (7) (d), 5.01 (2) (f) 3., 5.04 (5) (d), and 5.06 (25), relating to minor revisions to securities law and franchise law administrative code sections.
