On June 21, 2013, the Department of Employee Trust Funds submitted the final draft report on an administrative rule to the presiding officers of the Legislature for committee review. The proposed rule-order will amend ss.
ETF 10.01 (3i),
10.63 (1) (a) to
(f),
(2), and
(3),
40.10 (1),
(2), and
(3) (e); repeal and recreate s.
ETF 20.015 (1) and
(2); and create s.
ETF 10.86, relating to technical and minor substantive changes in existing ETF administrative rules.
This rule was approved by the governor on June 5, 2013.

On June 24, 2013, the Department of Natural Resources submitted notice is final draft rules to the presiding officer of each house of the legislature for review pursuant to s.
227.19, Stats. The rules will revise Chapters

45, relating to hunting, trapping, closed areas, dog training, and the use of department lands.
This rule was approved by the governor on June 21, 2013.
