Notice of Hearing

The Department of Natural Resources announces that it will hold public hearings on permanent rules, Board Order WM-01-15, at the times and places shown below.

Board Order WM-01-15 is a permanent rule that would amend ss. NR 10.01 (2) (a), (c) 1., (d) to (g), 10.01 (3) (a) and (c) 2., 10.06 (5), 10.13 (3), 10.13 (1) (b) 13. and 15. (Intro.) and d.; to repeal and recreate s. NR 10.001 (20); and to create ss. NR 10.13 (1) (b) 18. and 11.04 (3m), wildlife management rules relating to hunting, trapping, and closed areas.
