Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 23, 2015, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 25, relating to commercial harvest of chubs from Lake Michigan.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 029-12, was approved by the Governor on May 2, 2012, published in Register No. 677B on June 1, 2012, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on June 27, 2012. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
