Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 17, 2015 the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 25, relating to implementing a web-based electronic fish reporting system for licensed commercial fishers of the Great Lakes.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 093-14, was approved by the Governor on August 27, 2014, published in Register No. 705 on October 1, 2014, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on October 29, 2014. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and two hearings will be held, one in Green Bay (October 13, 2015) and one in Bayfield (October 15, 2015).
