PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

  SUBJECT: Food Processing in Food Warehouses

The Department will hold public hearings on this rule on February 12, 2016, in La Crosse, February 17, 2016, in Green Bay and February 19, 2016, in Waukesha. The scope statement for this rule, SS 099-14, was approved by the Governor on September 22, 2014, published in Register No. 706 on October 14, 2014, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on November 19, 2014.
