Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On December 29, 2015, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 4, relating to the operation of the prescription drug monitoring program. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 103-15, was approved by the Governor on September 14, 2015, published in Register No. 717A3, on September 21, 2015, and approved by Controlled Substances Board on October 2, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
