Notice of Hearings
The Department of Natural Resources announces that it will hold a public hearing on WM-04-13 related to rules relating to hunting, trapping, closed areas, nuisance wildlife management and captive wildlife. The rules would revise Ch.’s NR 10, 11 and 16 Wis. Admin. Code. The hearings will be held at the time and place shown below.

Date and location: June 29 in Room 608 of the Natural Resources State Office Building (GEF-2), 101 South Webster St., Madison, 53707.
Rule Information
WM-04-13 related to rules relating to hunting, trapping, closed areas, nuisance wildlife management and captive wildlife will update administrative code language to correct inconsistencies, update outdated language, and provide clarification when appropriate. This rule package will amend regulations for trapping, hunting, deer carcass transportation, and pen standards for certain captive wildlife.
