Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 29, 2016, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter SPS 360, relating to erosion control, sediment control, and storm water. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 013-16, was approved by the Governor on February 15, 2016, published in Register No. 722A4, on February 22, 2016, and approved by Secretary Dave Ross for the Department of Safety and Professional Services on January 28, 2016. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on October 11, 2016.
