On October 18, 2016, the Psychology Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter Psy 3, relating to the licensure of private practice school psychologists.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 102-14, was approved by the Governor on September 18, 2014, published in Register No. 706, on October 15, 2014, and approved by Psychology Examining Board on November 19, 2014.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
