AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING
Rule Relating to Soil and Water Resource Management Program
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold public hearings on a proposed rule relating to changes to the soil and water conservation requirements.
The Department will hold four public hearings at the times and places shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearings and comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearings, the hearing record will remain open until February 9, 2017, for additional written public comments.
