NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to authority vested in the Department of Veterans Affairs in section 45.437 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Department will hold a public hearing at the time and place shown below to consider an order to create section VA 18, relating to Education Assistance Program, currently known as the Registered Nurse Stipend Program.
