NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSED RULES TO

THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL STAFF

NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to s. 227.14(4m), Stats., that on July 13, 2017, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin submitted a proposed rule to the Joint Legislative Council Staff (Rules Clearinghouse) for review. The proposed rule, Commission docket 1-AC-233, deals with the Water Service Rules.

The statement of scope for this rule was published in Register 654 on June 30, 2010 and is not subject to s. 227.135 (2), Stats., as affected by 2011 Wis. Act 21.

A public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at the Public Service Commission building at 610 North Whitney Way, Madison, Wisconsin.

The Division of Water, Telecommunications and Consumer Affairs is the Division of the Commission that is the organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the rule.
