The Department has not yet scheduled a public hearing for this rule.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 058-17, was approved by the Governor on July 7 2017, published in Register No. 739A3 on July 17, 2017, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on September 21, 2017.
