Public Notice: Recision of SS 108-17, 110-17, 125-17, and 021-18

To all interested persons,

The Department of Public Instruction issues this letter as a public notice to state that the Department will not be pursuing promulgation of proposed rules under the following statements of scope:

• SS 108-17; Creating PI 31 relating to aid for school mental health programs

• SS 110-17; Revising PI 40 relating to changes to PI 40 as a result of 2017 Wisconsin Act 59

• SS 111-17; Revising PI 35, 48, and 49 relating to changes to rules governing Parental Choice Programs and Special Needs Scholarship Program as a result of 2017 Wisconsin Acts 36 and 59 and other changes

• SS 125-17; Revising PI 15 relating to changes to PI 15 as a result of 2017 Wisconsin Act 59

• SS 021-18; Creating PI 42 relating to accountability systems under the Every Student Succeeds Act
