Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On August 6, 2018, the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 12, relating to delegation of functions to unlicensed persons.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 100-17, was approved by the Governor on September 1, 2017, published in Register No. 741A3, on September 18, 2017, and approved by Dentistry Examining Board on October 5, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 5, 2018.
