Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 22, 2018, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 131, relating to the written reports of home inspectors.
A related emergency rule, EmR 1822, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 091-18, was approved by the Governor on August 1, 2018, published in Register No. 753A1, on August 6, 2018, and approved by the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Professional Services on August 23, 2018.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 21, 2018.
