On 11/07/18, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 002-18, was approved by the Governor on January 17, 2018, published in Register 2018 745-A4, on January 22, 2018, and approved by DHS Secretary, Linda Seemeyer, on February 5, 2018. Subject
DHS 158, relating to Fee for monitoring radiation emissions in the vicinity of nuclear power plants.
Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
