On August 16, 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 085-16, was approved by the Governor on September 15, 2016, published in Register No. 729B on September 26, 2016, and approved by the Secretary of Revenue on October 14, 2016. Analysis
The rule relates to law created in 2009 Wis. Act 28, and amended by 2013 Wis. Act 20. This proposed rule order eases the administrative burden on persons affected by the law. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
