1997 WISCONSIN ACT 246
An Act to amend 62.23 (1) (b) of the statutes; relating to: the election of certain persons to a city, village or town planning commission.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
246,1 Section 1 . 62.23 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
62.23 (1) (b) The alderperson member of the commission shall be elected by a two-thirds majority vote of the council, upon the creation of the commission, and during each April thereafter.
