2001 WISCONSIN ACT 79
An Act to amend 15.195 (4) (e), 15.195 (4) (em), 15.195 (4) (f) and 15.195 (4) (fm) of the statutes; relating to: the membership of the child abuse and neglect prevention board.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
79,1 Section 1. 15.195 (4) (e) of the statutes is amended to read:
15.195 (4) (e) One representative to the assembly appointed by the speaker of the assembly or that appointed representative's designee.
79,2 Section 2. 15.195 (4) (em) of the statutes is amended to read:
15.195 (4) (em) One representative to the assembly appointed by the minority leader of the assembly or that appointed representative's designee.
79,3 Section 3. 15.195 (4) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:
15.195 (4) (f) One senator appointed by the president of the senate or that appointed senator's designee.
79,4 Section 4. 15.195 (4) (fm) of the statutes is amended to read:
15.195 (4) (fm) One senator appointed by the minority leader of the senate or that appointed senator's designee.
79,5 Section 5. Initial applicability.
(1) Child abuse and neglect prevention board membership. This act first applies to persons who are designated to serve on the child abuse and neglect prevention board on the effective date of this subsection.
