2003 WISCONSIN ACT 324
An Act relating to: amending and revising under section 10.53 of the statutes various provisions of sections 10.62 to 10.82 of the statutes for the purpose of correcting conflicts between the listings in sections 10.62 to 10.82 of the statutes and the substantive statutes to which those sections refer (Revisor's Correction Bill).
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
324,1 Section 1. 10.66 (4) (n) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:
10.66 (4) (n) 1. On the Monday before the spring primary the municipal clerk publishes a type B notice whenever a primary for municipal offices or a municipal referendum is scheduled. A type B notice is also published if the municipality utilizes voting machines or an electronic voting system employing a ballot card or label in which ballots are distributed to electors. If there is a spring primary, municipal clerks also publish a type D notice on this date. See s. 10.06 (3) (b), (d), and (e).

324,2 Section 2. 10.66 (4) (o) (title) of the statutes is created to read:

10.76 (4) (f) 4. On the Monday before the September primary, the municipal clerk publishes type B and D notices for the primary. If voting machines or electronic voting systems employing a ballot card or label in which ballots are distributed to electors are used in the municipality, the type B notice shall include all offices to be voted on at the primary. See s. ss. 10.01 (2) (d) and 10.06 (3) (e).
