2005 WISCONSIN ACT 157
An Act to amend 20.680 (3) (h) of the statutes; relating to: changing the name of the appropriation for the Office of Lawyer Regulation (suggested as remedial legislation by the Director of State Courts).
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Law Revision Committee prefatory note: This bill is a remedial legislation proposal, requested by the Director of State Courts and introduced by the Law Revision Committee under s. 13.83 (1) (c) 4., stats. After careful consideration of the various provisions of the bill, the Law Revision Committee has determined that this bill makes minor substantive changes in the statutes, and that these changes are desirable as a matter of public policy.
157,1 Section 1. 20.680 (3) (h) of the statutes is amended to read:
20.680 (3) (h) Board of attorneys professional responsibility Office of lawyer regulation. All moneys received from the State Bar of Wisconsin and any other revenue derived from the activities of the board office of lawyer regulation for the operational expenses of and the expenses of disciplinary investigations and actions by the board of attorneys professional responsibility office of lawyer regulations.
