2005 WISCONSIN ACT 408
An Act to amend 341.305 (2) (a) of the statutes; relating to: consecutive monthly registration of certain vehicles used exclusively to transport calcium chloride liquid or a weight transfer machine for truck or tractor pulling competitions or events.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
408,1 Section 1. 341.305 (2) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
341.305 (2) (a) A motor truck or a trailer or a truck tractor used exclusively to transport concrete pipe or block and related materials, calcium chloride liquid, a weight transfer machine for purposes associated with truck or tractor pulling competitions or events, recycled metal salvage materials, logs or pulpwood, dirt, fill or aggregates, or fresh milk, or to transport perishable fresh fruits or vegetables for canning, freezing, dehydrating or storage prior to processing, including return of waste, or to transport petroleum products.
408,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to vehicles registered by the department of transportation on the effective date of this subsection.
