2007 WISCONSIN ACT 7

An Act to create 109.03 (1) (e) of the statutes; relating to: the frequency of wage payments to volunteer fire fighters and emergency medical technicians.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

7,1 Section 1. 109.03 (1) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

109.03 (1) (e) A volunteer fire fighter or a voluntary emergency medical technician who, by agreement between the volunteer and the entity employing the volunteer, is paid semiannually or annually.
