2009 WISCONSIN ACT 389
An Act to amend 350.10 (1) (gm); and to create 350.10 (3) of the statutes; relating to: a speed limit for the operation of snowmobiles during the hours of darkness.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
389,1 Section 1. 350.10 (1) (gm) of the statutes is amended to read:
350.10 (1) (gm) During the hours of darkness at a rate of speed exceeding 55 miles per hour. This paragraph does not apply after July 1, 2010.
389,2 Section 2. 350.10 (3) of the statutes is created to read:
350.10 (3) Subsection (1) (gm) does not apply to a person operating a snowmobile while competing in a sanctioned race or derby.
