2009 WISCONSIN ACT 99

An Act to create 115.28 (55) of the statutes; relating to: the model academic standards for social studies.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

99,1 Section 1. 115.28 (55) of the statutes is created to read:

115.28 (55) Social studies standards. Incorporate the history of organized labor and the collective bargaining process into the model academic standards for social studies.
