2011 WISCONSIN ACT 25

An Act to amend 30.12 (1k) (b) 3. of the statutes; relating to: the deadline for registering certain piers and wharves with the Department of Natural Resources.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

25,1 Section 1. 30.12 (1k) (b) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

30.12 (1k) (b) 3. The riparian owner registers the pier or wharf with the department, in the manner and form required by the department, no later than April 1, 2011 2012.
