2015 WISCONSIN ACT 271

An Act relating to: drug law enforcement grants.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

271,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.

(1) From the appropriation account under section 20.455 (2) (a) of the statutes, the department of justice shall award to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department, for drug law enforcement and drug interdiction services, a grant in the amount of $20,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and a grant in the amount of $50,000 in fiscal year 2016-17.
