AB1048-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1048-ASA1-AA2,1,4 1. Page 20, line 10: delete "1998" and substitute: "the first year during which all persons who are required to contribute to the fund under section 196.218 are current in their payments".

AB1048-ASA1-AA2,1,8 2. Page 20, line 12: delete "publication" and substitute: "the first day on which all persons who are required to contribute to the fund under section 196.218 are current in their payments, as certified by the public service commission to the revisor of statutes".

AB1048-ASA1-AA2,1,9 3. Page 20, line 15: delete lines 15 to 18.
