AB1048-SA2,1,9 "(7) Waiver of local match. Direct the educational technology board to propose, as part of its 1997-99 biennial budget request, statutory changes to provide a waiver of the 25% local match requirement for pioneering partners grants for school districts which due to fiscal constraints are unable to meet the match requirement. Direct the board's proposal to include specific criteria which would be used to determine a school district's eligibility for the waiver.".
