If the woman is a minor, the availability of services under s. 46.24 to assist a minor who is contemplating an abortion and who wishes to seek the consent of the minor's parent, guardian or legal custodian, or the consent of an adult family member, as defined in s. 48.375 (2) (b), of the minor, for the contemplated abortion, or who wishes to seek a waiver from the circuit court under s. 48.375 (7).".
