AB441-ASA1-AA35,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB441-ASA1-AA35,1,3 1. Page 4, line 22: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 2, and substitute:

AB441-ASA1-AA35,1,8 "(a) "Abortion" means the use of any instrument, medicine, drug or any other substance or device with intent to terminate the pregnancy of a woman after implantation of a fertilized human ovum and with intent other than to increase the probability of a live birth, to preserve the life or health of the infant after live birth or to remove a dead fetus.".
