AB441-ASA1-AA40,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB441-ASA1-AA40,1,2 1. Page 7, line 5: delete lines 5 to 17 and substitute:

AB441-ASA1-AA40,1,7 "g. That fetal ultrasound imaging and auscultation of fetal heart tone services are available that enable a pregnant woman to view the image or hear the heartbeat of her unborn child. In so informing the woman and describing these services, the physician shall advise the woman as to how she may obtain these services if she desires to do so.".

AB441-ASA1-AA40,1,11 2. Page 12, line 23: delete the material beginning with "The" and ending with the period on line 25 and substitute: "The materials shall state that fetal ultrasound imaging and auscultation of fetal heart tone services are obtainable by pregnant women who wish to use them and shall describe the services.".
