AB441-SA1-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:
AB441-SA1-SA1,1,6 21. Page 1, line 11: after the first period insert: "If the woman asserts that her
3pregnancy is the result of sexual assault or incest, the attending physician or person
4who is assisting the attending physician shall, prior to the performance of the
5abortion, verbally provide the pregnant woman with accurate information on each
6of the following:
AB441-SA1-SA1,1,87 (a) Whether or not, according to the best judgment of the attending physician
8or the person who is assisting the attending physician, the woman is pregnant.
AB441-SA1-SA1,1,139 (b) The number of weeks that have elapsed from the probable time of conception
10of the woman's fetus or unborn child, based upon the information provided by her as
11to the time of her last menstrual period, which information shall be provided after
12a medical history, physical examination and any appropriate laboratory tests have
13been completed for the woman.

1(c) The availability of public and private agencies and services to provide the
2woman with birth control information, including natural family planning
3information.
AB441-SA1-SA1,2,74 (d) The availability of public and private agencies and services to assist the
5woman during pregnancy and after the birth of her child, if she chooses not to have
6an abortion, regardless of whether she keeps the child or places the child for
7adoption.
AB441-SA1-SA1,2,128 (e) If the woman is a minor, the availability of services under s. 46.24 to assist
9a minor who is contemplating an abortion and who wishes to seek the consent of the
10minor's parent, guardian or legal custodian, or the consent of an adult family
11member, as defined in s. 48.375 (2) (b), of the minor, for the contemplated abortion,
12or who wishes to seek a waiver from the circuit court under s. 48.375 (7).
AB441-SA1-SA1,2,1913 (f) Any particular risks associated with the woman's pregnancy and the
14abortion technique to be employed, including at least a general description of the
15medical instructions it is recommended that she follow subsequent to the abortion
16to ensure her safe recovery and other information which in the judgment of the
17attending physician or the person who is assisting the attending physician is
18relevant to her decision whether to have an abortion or to carry her pregnancy to
19term.".
