Page 6 line 4: after "(d)." insert: "No county department under s. 46.215, 46.22 or 46.23 may publish or otherwise release the name of any physician who, under this subsection or s. 253.10 (3) (e), requests or receives the materials that are required to be distributed under this subsection.".

AB441-SA15,1,8 2. Page 15, line 7: after the period insert: "The department may not publish or otherwise release the name of any physician who, under par. (e), requests or receives the materials that are required to be distributed under this paragraph.".
