AB841-SA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB841-SA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute: "representations showing nudity. (1) In this section:

AB841-SA2,1,5 (a) "Child" means a person who has not attained the age of 18 years.

AB841-SA2,1,6 (b) "Nudity" has the meaning given in s. 948.11 (1) (d).".

AB841-SA2,1,7 2. Page 1, line 10: after "nudity" insert "of an adult".

AB841-SA2,1,8 3. Page 1, line 11: delete the first "person" and substitute "adult".

AB841-SA2,1,9 4. Page 1, line 12: delete "person" and substitute "adult".

AB841-SA2,1,10 5. Page 1, line 14: after that line insert:

AB841-SA2,1,12 "(am) Takes a photograph or makes a motion picture, videotape or other visual representation or reproduction that depicts nudity of a child.".

AB841-SA2,1,13 6. Page 2, line 2: after "nudity" insert "of an adult".

AB841-SA2,1,14 7. Page 2, line 3: delete "person" and substitute "adult".

AB841-SA2,1,15 8. Page 2, line 6: delete "person" and substitute "adult".

AB841-SA2,2,1 9. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB841-SA2,2,3 "(bm) Possesses or distributes a photograph, motion picture, videotape or other visual representation or reproduction that depicts nudity of a child.".

AB841-SA2,2,4 10. Page 2, line 7: delete "(a) and (b)" and substitute "(am) and (bm)".
