AB11-AA91,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB11-AA91,1,12 1. Page 24, line 4: delete the material beginning with ", with" and ending with "state." on line 6 and substitute ". Any sale or contract for operation of a plant shall be executed only after solicitation of bids preceded by public notice. Each bidder shall disclose to the department, together with its bid, the amount or value, date, and recipient of any contribution, as defined in s. 11.01 (6), that was made by the bidder or a person who is associated with the bidder, as defined in s. 19.42 (2), to the governor or his or her personal campaign or authorized support committee, during the 12-month period preceding the bid submittal deadline. Upon opening of the bids, the department shall post all bids and other information received from bidders on the Internet. The contract for sale or operation of the plant shall be awarded to the bidder that offers the most advantageous price to this state, if any.".
