AB14-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB14-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 16: delete "and".

AB14-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 17: after "providers" insert "; and granting rule-making authority".

AB14-AA3,1,8 3. Page 32, line 9: after "section" insert ", and unless the commission, upon a finding that the exercise of the commission's authority is necessary for the protection, welfare, or safety of the public, promulgates rules specifying the necessary regulation".
