SB1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 25, line 14: after that line insert:

SB1-AA1,1,7 "(2m) Right to indemnification. If a seller or distributor of a product is found liable under sub. (2) (a), the seller or distributor has a right to indemnification against the manufacturer of the product for costs and attorney fees and damages assessed against the seller or distributor under this section if the seller or distributor proves all of the following:

SB1-AA1,1,8 (a) The seller or distributor had no role in the design of the product.

SB1-AA1,1,9 (b) The seller or distributor had no role in the manufacture of the product.

SB1-AA1,1,11 (c) The seller or distributor did not damage or alter the product in a way that made the product unreasonably dangerous to a consumer.".

SB1-AA1,1,13 2. Page 25, line 15: delete the material beginning with "(a)" and ending with line 24.

SB1-AA1,2,1 3. Page 26, line 13: delete lines 13 to 25.
