SB1-AA6,1,2 1. Page 17, line 9: after that line insert:

SB1-AA6,1,7 "(8m) Subsections (4), (5), and (6) do not apply in an action where there is a finding that damages were caused by an employee of a long-term care provider engaging in sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a client, resident, or patient of the long-term care provider and that the long-term care provider's negligence was a proximate cause of the employee's actions.".
