SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO SENATE BILL 1

SB1-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB1-SA4,1,2 1. Page 27, line 10: delete "or criminal".

SB1-SA4,1,3 2. Page 27, line 18: after that line insert:

SB1-SA4,1,7 "(4) This section does not preclude the discovery in a civil or criminal action brought against a health care provider of reports, statements, and records described in sub. (2) that are provided to the division within the department of health services that conducts quality assurance activities related to health care providers.".
