SB13-SA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB13-SA9,1,4 1. Page 32, line 9: after "section." insert "Nothing in this section shall be construed to require or prohibit the payment of switched access rates or other intercarrier compensation.".

SB13-SA9,1,6 2. Page 32, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 33, line 9.
