SB6-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB6-AA2,1,2 21. Page 24, line 14: after that line insert:
SB6-AA2,1,9 3"(4) Economic development assistance reporting. Annually, no later than
4December 31, the board shall submit to the joint legislative audit committee and to
5the appropriate standing committees of the legislature under s. 13.172 (3) a
6comprehensive report assessing economic development programs implemented by
7the board. The board shall make readily accessible to the public on an
8Internet-based system the information required under this subsection. The report
9shall include all of the following information:
SB6-AA2,1,1010 (a) A description of each program.
SB6-AA2,1,1211 (b) Quantifiable performance measures directly related to the purpose of the
12program including, when applicable, all of the following information:

11. An accounting of the location, by municipality, of each recipient of a grant,
2loan, or other award and each job created or retained in the state in the previous
3fiscal year as a result of the program.
SB6-AA2,2,84 2. An accounting of the industry classification, based on the standard
5industrial classification manual, 1987 edition, published by the U.S. Office of
6management and budget; by municipality, of each recipient of a grant, loan or other
7award and each job created or retained in the state during the year as a result of the
8program.
SB6-AA2,2,129 3. An accounting of the kind of employment position, including whether the
10position is full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal, salaried, hourly, managerial,
11represented, or nonrepresented, by municipality, of each job created or retained in
12the state during the year as a result of the program.
SB6-AA2,2,1413 4. An accounting of the salary or hourly wage, by municipality, of each job
14created or retained in the state during the year as a result of the program.
SB6-AA2,2,1715 5. An accounting of the extent to which each recipient of a grant, loan, or other
16award retrained or relocated current employees during the year as a result of the
17program.
SB6-AA2,2,2018 6. An accounting of the extent to which each recipient of a grant, loan, or other
19award utilized the Wisconsin supply chain, including Wisconsin manufacturers,
20suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and retailers, during the year.
SB6-AA2,2,2321 7. An accounting of the percentage of recipients of a grant, loan, or other award
22during the year, by municipality, that were businesses with fewer than 100
23employees, including employees of any subsidiary or affiliated organization.

18. An accounting of the estimated economic growth within this state that is
2likely to result from each grant, loan, or other award made by the corporation during
3the year.
SB6-AA2,3,64 9. An accounting of the percentage of recipients of a grant, loan, or other award
5during the year, by municipality, that were minority businesses certified by the
6department of commerce under s. 560.036.
SB6-AA2,3,97 10. An accounting of the percentage of recipients of a grant, loan, or other
8award during the year, by municipality, that were woman-owned businesses
9certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.035.
SB6-AA2,3,1210 11. An accounting of the percentage of recipients of a grant, loan, or other award
11during the year, by municipality, that were disabled veteran-owned businesses
12certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.0335.
SB6-AA2,3,1313 (c) A comparison of expected and actual program outcomes.
SB6-AA2,3,1414 (d) The number of grants made under the program during the year.
SB6-AA2,3,1515 (e) The number of loans made under the program during the year.
SB6-AA2,3,1716 (f) The number of other awards, if applicable, made under the program during
17the year.
SB6-AA2,3,1918 (g) The amount of each grant, loan, or other award made under the program
19during the year.
SB6-AA2,3,2120 (h) The recipient of each grant, loan, or other award made under the program
21during the year.
SB6-AA2,3,2322 (i) The total dollar amount contributed to any program by each recipient of a
23grant, loan, or other award under the program.
