SB6-SSA1-SA9,1,11 3"(3) Notice required. If the abolition of a position under subsection (1) will
4result in the termination of a current economic development program of the
5department of commerce, or if a transfer under subsection (2) will eliminate all
6funding for a current economic development program of the department of
7commerce, the secretary may not abolish the positions or make the transfer,
8respectively, unless the secretary has provided not less than 15 days written notice
9to any person that will lose funding, or an opportunity to receive funding for which
10the person is negotiating with the department of commerce, as a result of the
11abolition or transfer.".
