AB23-AA5,1,3 " Section 2c. 281.17 (8e) of the statutes is created to read:

AB23-AA5,1,11 281.17 (8e) If the department determines, based on test results, that an outbreak of water borne disease is connected to water provided by a municipal water system that does not provide continuous disinfection of the water that it provides, the department shall post the name of the municipal water system and information about the disease outbreak on its Internet site and shall require the municipal water system to post information about the disease outbreak on its Internet site and publish a class 1 notice, under chapter 985, about the disease outbreak in a newspaper covering the area in which the municipal water system provides water.".
