AB265-AA1,1,3 32. Page 4, line 8: delete "significantly".

AB265-AA1,1,5 43. Page 4, line 8: delete "the normal speed of traffic" and substitute "half of the
5applicable speed limit".

AB265-AA1,1,7 64. Page 5, line 7: delete "Where" and substitute "Where Except as provided in
