AB337-AA1,1,2 1. Page 10, line 11: after that line insert:

AB337-AA1,1,3 " Section 33m. 118.019 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB337-AA1,1,6 118.019 (6) Annual report. Beginning in the 2012-13 school year, annually by September 1, each school district shall submit a report to the department that provides all of the following information:

AB337-AA1,1,8 (a) Whether and, if so, in what grades the school district offered an instructional program under this section in the previous school year.

AB337-AA1,1,12 (b) Beginning in the 2013-14 school year, if the school district offered an instructional program under this section in the previous school year, which subjects identified under sub. (2) were included in the curriculum for each grade level in which instruction under this section was provided.

AB337-AA1,2,4 (c) Whether the school district will offer an instructional program under this section in the current school year and, if such a program will be offered, which subjects identified under sub. (2) will be included in the curriculum for each grade level in which instruction under this section will be provided.".
