AB384-AA3,1,2 21. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:
AB384-AA3,1,3 3" Section 5m. 29.171 (2m) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB384-AA3,1,94 29.171 (2m) Notwithstanding sub. (2), a resident archer hunting license
5authorizes hunting with a bow and arrow or with a crossbow if the licensee is a
6resident senior citizen
has attained the age of 55. A resident senior citizen who has
7attained the age of 55
is not required to hold a permit from the department to hunt
8with a crossbow if the resident senior citizen he or she holds a license under this
9section.".

AB384-AA3,2,312 29.216 (2m) Persons 65 55 years of age or older. Notwithstanding sub. (2), a
13nonresident archer hunting license authorizes hunting with a bow and arrow or with

1a crossbow if the licensee is a person who has attained the age of 65 55. A person who
2has attained the age of 65 55 is not required to hold a permit from the department
3to hunt with a crossbow if he or she holds a license under this section.".
