AB384-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB384-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

AB384-AA3,1,3 " Section 5m. 29.171 (2m) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB384-AA3,1,9 29.171 (2m) Notwithstanding sub. (2), a resident archer hunting license authorizes hunting with a bow and arrow or with a crossbow if the licensee is a resident senior citizen has attained the age of 55. A resident senior citizen who has attained the age of 55 is not required to hold a permit from the department to hunt with a crossbow if the resident senior citizen he or she holds a license under this section.".

AB384-AA3,1,11 " Section 17. 29.216 (2m) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB384-AA3,2,3 29.216 (2m) Persons 65 55 years of age or older. Notwithstanding sub. (2), a nonresident archer hunting license authorizes hunting with a bow and arrow or with a crossbow if the licensee is a person who has attained the age of 65 55. A person who has attained the age of 65 55 is not required to hold a permit from the department to hunt with a crossbow if he or she holds a license under this section.".
